Enquiries: end of the sixth year after the enquiry.

Clients: end of the sixth year after the end of the most recent client matter.

Right to withdraw consent

Website users and mailing list subscribers: you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me.

Clients and enquiries: may not withdraw consent to my holding your personal data. I am required by my regulators to retain details of cases for six years after they have concluded.

Complaint with a supervisory authority

If you have a complaint about the way that I handle personal data, you may complain to me. If I am unable to resolve your complaint you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Comments left on website

When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
