His working languages are English, Portuguese, Spanish and written French.
Commercial practice
Robert's work includes commercial contracts, distribution and agency agreements, shipping and trade, marine insurance, international M&A, trade finance and commodity matters. The shared scope is English-law agreements and disputes; an international matter does not imply advice on another country's law.
For commercial disputes, Robert offers advice to parties in negotiation, arbitration and mediation. He also accepts neutral appointments as a mediator or arbitrator. Court litigation is not offered.
