Choosing where to start
If your matter concerns supplying products to a distributor, start with distribution agreements. For a commercial principal or agent relationship, choose commercial agency. Charter parties, bills of lading and cargo issues fall within maritime and shipping; marine-policy and coverage questions belong with marine insurance.
For another agreement, transaction or contractual problem, start with commercial contracts. If you want advice about arbitration or mediation, or are enquiring about a neutral appointment, use dispute resolution.
